PhotoShaders — Privacy Policy

PhotoShaders (“the app”) is a photo-editing app. It is designed to work entirely on your device and to collect as little data as possible. This policy explains what the app accesses and why.

Data we collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to our own servers. PhotoShaders has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking.

Photos

The app accesses your photo library only when you pick a photo to edit and when you save an edited result back to your library. All image processing — filters, cropping, and watermarks — happens on your device. Your photos are never uploaded to us or any third party.

Camera

If you take a photo inside the app, it is used only for editing on your device and is not sent anywhere.

Location

The optional watermark feature reads the location stored in a photo’s metadata (EXIF GPS) to show a place name on the watermark. To turn coordinates into a place name, the coordinates are passed to Apple’s built-in geocoding service in iOS. This is handled by the operating system; we do not store or collect your location. If a photo has no location data, a default label is used.

Purchases

The optional Pro unlock is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple. Payment is handled entirely by the App Store; we never receive or store your payment information.

Promotions

The app may request a small configuration file from our public website to determine whether a limited-time Apple offer is active. The request does not include your photos, purchase history, Apple Account, or an app-specific user identifier. Offer redemption and entitlement are processed by Apple.

Children

The app does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest revision.

我们收集的数据

照片

相机

若你在应用内拍照,该照片仅用于设备本地编辑,不会被发送到任何地方。

位置

可选的水印功能会读取照片元数据中的位置信息(EXIF GPS),以在水印上显示地点名称。 为把坐标转换成地名,坐标会交由 iOS 内置的地理编码服务处理;该过程由操作系统完成, 我们不会存储或收集你的位置。若照片没有位置信息,则使用默认文字。

购买

可选的 Pro 解锁为一次性内购,由 Apple 处理支付。付款完全经由 App Store 完成, 我们不会收到或存储你的支付信息。

限时优惠

应用可能会从我们的公开网站读取一份很小的配置文件,用于判断 Apple 限时优惠 是否正在进行。该请求不包含你的照片、购买记录、Apple 账号或应用专属用户标识。 优惠兑换和权益发放均由 Apple 处理。

儿童

本应用不会在知情的情况下收集包括儿童在内的任何人的数据。

变更

我们可能会不时更新本政策,顶部的“最后更新”日期会反映最新修订。
